Freshness Guarantee
- We ensure that all fruits are handpicked, carefully selected, and delivered fresh.
- We guarantee the quality of our fruits, and we take every precaution to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
Dispute Policy
- We do not entertain disputes based on personal taste preferences, including sweetness levels. Natural aesthetic or physical imperfections of the fruits as these do not affect their quality.
- However, if you receive damaged or spoiled fruits, we will gladly provide a:
- Full refund
- Replacement with identical or similar products.
Refund⁄Replacement Criteria
- Fruits must be returned in their original packaging.
- Claims must be made within 24hrs with receipt attached.
Non-Refundable
Please note that we do not provide refunds or replacements for:
- Fruits purchased more than 3 days ago.
- Fruits not stored in accordance with our storage guidelines.
- Partially consumed fruits.
Storage Guidelines
To maintain freshness, please store fruits:
- In a cool, dry place.
- Away from direct sunlight.
- In original packaging or breathable containers.
Return Policy Exceptions
We reserve the right to decline refunds⁄replacements for:
- Fruits showing signs of mishandling or neglect.
- Fruits past their reasonable consumption period.
Cancellation Policy
- An administrative fee of $10.00 will be deducted from the purchase.
- The remaining amount will be converted into voucher, valid for 10 days from the cancellation date.
Voucher Details
- Voucher code will be issued to the customer, and can be used for future purchases within 10 days upon issue.
- Voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Voucher can only be used for purchases made directly through our online website.
Cancellation Procedure
- To cancel an order, please contact us at admin@kyoho.com.sg or 6884 9136 within 4 hours from delivery date.
- Cancellation policies are assessed on a case-by-case basis, at the company’s discretion.
- Cancellations are only accepted if the order has not been processed or shipped.
Refund Timeline
Voucher will be issued within 5-7 working days from cancellation confirmation.
We will contact the sender⁄recipient for alternatives.
Leave the fruits in a safe and secure area as instructed by the recipient⁄sender. A photo of the delivered fruits will be taken as proof of completion to the recipient.
Re-delivery attempt on another day⁄another location as per request. Additional fees of $20 is applicable.
Liability Disclaimer
Please note that we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the fruits if they are found missing or tampered with after delivery.
