This Junmai Daiginjo sake is made using the legendar y sake rice “Omachi rice” and “Omachi no Reizei, one of Japan’s 100 famous waters, and is characterized b y a subtle sweet aroma and full-bodied flavor. This is a carefully crafted sake that has won consecutive aw ards at the Monde Selection since 2000.
